- ALBOM is an ANTI-HARASSMENT community. Basic respect is expect from anyone at ALBOM (this includes affiliates and guests). Anyone who is caught bullying or being disrespectful to anyone else will be punished accordingly. We understand some joking mannerisms within limits but we will take actions against those who go too far. You have been warned.

- No one under the age of 13 is permitted on ALBOM. This is a Proboards wide rule and can be found in the Terms of Service. If it is brought to the attention of staff that a member is under the age limit, the account will be banned immediately. Note: This does not apply to character age. If you are over the age of 13 roleplaying as someone who is under the age of 13, we permit this for first and second year students as well as those who are not of Hogwarts age (younger than 11).

- No spamming posts or sending spam Private Messages. We don't use a post count money system for this very reason. The only place where multiple posts are allowed is in the General Chit Chat section and even there, posts must be kept to a minimum when posting repeatedly.

- All ALBOM content is to remain on ALBOM. Everything found here is copyright to their respective owners. This includes templates, layouts, graphics, written content, and more. Those who steal will be dealt with accordingly.

- Activity Checks will be held regularly. If you wish to keep your characters, you must respond to the activity checks or else the characters will be archived. Note: If you have to take an extended absence from ALBOM, notify a member of staff so your characters will remain active even if you do miss an activity check.

- ONE CHARACTER PER ACCOUNT! This means that if you want multiple characters, you must have separate accounts for each one. To do this, simply register with a new username (you can use the same email). This is to keep things neat around ALBOM. If it becomes a problem to keep a character active, you may transfer the character to someone else via the Classifieds Board with Staff Approval.

- ALBOM is an open community to all roleplayers, whether you are an advanced player or a new player. With this in mind, we do not have a minimum requirement for words on roleplaying posts. We would, however, like it if you could avoid simple posts which are a few sentences long. If you need any help keeping your posts longer, feel free to ask staff or other members for advice.

- Please, do not control other people's characters. This is known as God-Moding. However, if there is expressed permission from the player of the character, then it can be used for plot purposes. For example, if the Imperius Curse is used on a character, both players must agree to the act prior to it happening.

- For Hover Banners, the dimensions are 200px by 300px.

- For signatures, we do not have a height limit but request that it is kept at a decent height. Also, we ask that no signatures be wide enough to stretch the forum. If we notice that people are abusing this, we will limit the signature size.

- All graphics on ALBOM must be PG-13. No gore, underage drinking, sexual explicit, or drug related images are permitted on ALBOM.

- Keep links to a minimum. This includes any non-ALBOM related content. We ask that you do not post links to other forums without permission from staff first. We have a board dedicated to advertising other forums.

- Do not spam irrelevant content including links, graphics, curse words, etc. If we notice that there is a lot of spam going on, we will ban the guilty users. If it persists, we will remove the chatbox from the forum.

- Remember to be respectful to all users. No harassment, no racist comments, no vulgar statements.
